If the tool misread the markings on your frame, it helps to include what it returned and what is actually printed inside the arm. Please do not attach photographs — we do not need them, and the form is not the place for them.
What happens to what you send
The form is handled by Netlify Forms. Unlike the photographs you scan — which are never stored — a message you send here is stored by Netlify so we can read and reply to it. See the privacy notes for the details.
